Challenge yourself to achieve 200,000 steps in February 2021
This medal will add a little extra motivation to help you reach this goal!
200k steps requires you to take just over 7,000 steps per day throughout the month!
A great way to get fit and earn medals when time for planned fitness activities is short!
Track your step count using an activity tracker or an app on your phone over the course of August and when you achieve your goal submit your evidence to claim your medal!
