Challenge yourself to reach 300,000 steps in February 2019!
This medal will add a little extra motivation to help you reach this goal! With February only having 28 days, 300k steps requires you to take about 10,700 steps per day throughout the month!
A great way to get fit and earn medals when time for planned fitness activities is short!
Track your step count using an activity tracker or an app on your phone over the course of February and when you achieve your goal submit your evidence to claim your medal!
Please submit your evidence by 14th March.
